2012 Annual General Meeting update

The Annual General Meeting of the members held on 18th June 2012 produced the following results:

• The Annual Accounts, Report of the Management Committee and the Report of the Auditors for the financial year ended 31st December 2011 were received,
• All members of the Management Committee standing for re-election were voted in,
• Baker Tilly UK Audit LLP were re-appointed as the Society’s Auditors for the coming year,
• The Remuneration Report for the year ended 31st December 2011 was approved.
